Simple taco hotdish for the family.
Brown hamburger with onion (if desired). Add taco seasoning, water, and tomato sauce and stir together. Simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Press crescent rolls into the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Spread 1/2 bag crushed nacho chips over crust.
Add hamburger mixture over chips.
Spread sour cream over hamburger mixture, then evenly spread the cheeses. Cover and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Spread the remaining crushed chips over the melted cheese and serve.
