Fine chop the onions.
Cook the onions with the ground round and immediately dusting heavy with salt & pepper and 1 packet of taco seasoning (for 6 lb of meat).
Drain oil completely.
Add the rest of taco seasoning and salsa. Add water for right consistency - moist but not soupy
(Use mild salsa if for board mtg, hot salsa for house)
