Meatloaf with a twist
Combine hamburger, egg, cracker crumbs and taco seasoning and mix well. Place half of meat mixture into loaf pan. Spread thin layer of salsa and and add remaining meat mixture on top. Place 3 slices of cheese then top with generous amount of salsa. Bake in 375 oven for 35 minutes. Remove top with cheese and bake 10 minutes.
