In blender, mix cream cheese & cottage cheese until smooth. Add 1 or 2 tblsp of milk if needed. Spread in pan. Sprinkle with dry taco seasoning. Chop tomatoes, lettuce & onion & sprinkle over base. Top with grated cheese & more taco seasoning. Serve with nacho or tortilla chips.
