Hearty, main dish vegetarian salad
Place desired amount of tortilla chips in a large bowl. Add the reamiing salad ingredients, using as much lettuce as you need.
In a small bowl, combine the dressing ingredients until well combined. Pour over the salad and toss well.
You can add meat or chicken for a non-vegetarian version.
