Brown 1 lb. ground round beef with onions. Add small bottle of Catalina dressing with a little water. Add 1 package of Taco Seasoning. Stir well. Add 1 regular can of red beans, drained. Put in pan and let simmer (DON"T BOIL) for 1-2 hours. Shred had of lettuce the night before. Add the lettuce to the following just before ready to serve: tomatoes, pepper, cucumber, olives, green onions, and avocado. Mix with meat mixture in a HUGE bowl. Just before serving, add a bag of Taco flavored chips smashed in the bag. Serve with hard rolls or a refried bean casserole.
