One pound, One pan, One happy Family! Fun and easy for the whole family to do!!
Put olive oil in a pan and chopped onion then cook till warm then put in ground meet fully cook meet then turn off stove top and let sit while so it cools. Sprinkle cheese on top so it melts a little.
**(If you are in a hurry put pan into refrigerator otherwise let the meat cool on stove top. You don't want to put hot meat on top of your cool vegetables they will get grouse!)**
In a bowl put the following:
Chopped Lettuce
Chopped Tomatoes
Chopped Avocado
Cheese
1 Can Kidney Beans (with Juice)
Cooled Meat
Crushed Spicy Nacho Doritos (Put chips last so they stay crispy!)
And Enjoy!!
