1. In a small bowl, combine the avocados, sour cream, chili powder, salsa and lime juice.
2. In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients, holding out the lettuce and the corn chips.
3. Add the avocado mixture to the tomato/bean mixture. Fold together.
4. When serving, put a handful of lettuce on the plate, then some corn chips. Top with mixture.
