Suggest a better descriptionBrown the ground turkey and drain off fat. Add the taco seasoning and cook to package directions. I have pans designed to make baked tortilla or you can turn a muffin pan upside down and put tortillas in between the muffin spaces. Bake tortillas in the oven for about 7 minutes at 425 degrees to make the taco salad shell. Place shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, meat, chips, salsa and cheese dip in separate serving bowls so everyone can make their own taco salad. Or just use the wraps to make burritos.
