IT'S A SOUP THAT EATS LIKE A CHILI
I usually make this in a slow cooker so that all the seasonings and flavors have time to blend together. 4-6 hours in a slow cooker.
In a large frying pan, brown the ground beef; drain. Put the drained beef and the remaining ingredients into a crock pot. Be sure to drain water off the beans and corn before you pour them into the crockpot. Using the corn can fill with water 2x and add to pot. Stir to mix and cover the pot; let it cook for 4 - 6 hours. You could cook it while you sleep or while at work. I usually serve with hot buttered cornbread.
