This is a great soup- easy to make and you can do it on the stovetop or in a slow cooker
If using a stock pot:
In a large stock pot saute hamburger and onion together. Cook until onion is tender. Add all other ingriedients into the pot and bring to a boil. Then simmer for 15 minutes and serve.
If using a crock pot:
In a pan saute hamburger and onion together. Cook until onion is tender. Then place in crock pot and add all other ingredients . Cook on HIGH for 4-5 hours or until soup is bubbling.
Serve soup with tortilla chips and shredded cheese.
