Suggest a better descriptionChop onion and garlic into meat mixture . Brown meat mixture and drain. In a large pot add meat mixture and all other ingredients. Add the amount of water that you desire depending upon how soupy you prefer. Simmer 30 minutes . Put in bowls top with shredded cheese and sour cream if prefer. Eat with tortilla chips.
