1) In a large pan, bring soy sauce and cumin to a simmer. Add pepper, onion, and corn and sauté 3 minutes. Remove just the vegetables from the pan.
2) Again add soy sauce and cumin to the pan and brown ground beef. Remove from heat.
3) Sprinkle a little cumin on both sides of the tortillas and gently rub in. Warm briefly in the microwave or oven.
4) Fill tortillas with vegetables, ground beef, and lettuce.
