1. Stir together creme fraiche, lemon zest and lemon juice in a bowl until just combined.
2. Cook tagliatelle.
3. Strain tagliatelle and then return to the pot.
4. Add creme fraiche mixture and half of cheese and toss to combine over low heat. Fold in the arugula leaves. When leaves have wilted, season with salt and pepper and serve.
