Suggest a better descriptionPlace sliced cucumbers in serving bowl and sprinkle with salt to taste. Mix dressing ingredients in a small bowl and pour over cucumber slices. Stir to coat. Sprinkle with dried chilies to taste. Stir. Serve cold. In Taiwan the waiter brings this dish and a bowl of peanuts. Obviously, it is not really a "pickle", but a salad.
