Using leftover taco beef, precooked white rice... a casserole thats yummy
Mix all ingredients except cornbread mix. Spray non stick spray into a 9x9 baking pan.. place ingredients into pan. In another bowl, mix cornbread mix according to box directions, spread over meat-rice mixture. Bake according to box directions,til toothpick comes out clean in middle.
