Not spicy, very flavorful.
Saute chopped onion in large skillet for 2-3 minutes. Remove from pan and add to crock pot.
Using the same skillet, brown ground beef, breaking up large chunks as you cook.
Drain meat of fat and return to skillet. Stir in chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and Adobo. Add beef broth and bring to a simmer. Add Tomato paste and mix well.
Pour into crock pot and add minced onions, petite diced tomatoes, and black beans. Cook on high for 2-4 hours.
