An absolutely perfect breakfast for a perfect day. (Recipe by Laura Vitale)
Mix in the sugar and vanilla with the yogurt until sweet, but tangy.
Add in the lemon curd.
In the bottom of a glass/cup, pour a layer of granola.
On top of the granola, spread a layer of yogurt mixture then berries.
Repeat the layers until the glass is full.
