Suggest a better descriptionDice then mash avocados, then add fruit juices and olive oil. After chopping other ingredients combine in a large bowl mix well. Serve with tortilla chips, or any Mexican dish. Great with shrimp on a corn tortilla or on a burger.
You really can't mess this up. This is a very flexible dish. Try adding cilantro or parsley or even grilled corn. It's great! Wonderful on game day.
