Put cream cheese, yogurt, horseradish and salt into food processor. Process until smooth.
Transfer from food processor to bowl. Add scallions and smoked salmon and stir to blend thoroughly. With good quality smoked salmon, it only takes a little (1/2 cup - or about 2 oz - flaked works just fine, but add more to taste.)
Best with hot-smoked salmon, but let me know if you have success with cold-smoked (you will need to chop rather than flake).
