I make this shake when I need a boost, it gives me just the right amount of energy to hop on the treadmill for an afternoon jog without any caffeine or stimulants. This shake is also a great alternantive to the traditional fat bomb ice cream shakes for the kids! The key is using Vanilla Whey Protein, no bitter aftertaste and the kids love it!
Peel and freeze 3 small to medium bananas.
Place three frozen bananas in the blender, add Fat Free Evaporated Milk and blend until smooth,
Slowly add 1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder and 1/2 cup of ice, blend until frothy (or creamy, depending on your texture preference)
Pour immediately into four glasses and serve or store remaining shake in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
