3 remove chicken and reduce liquid
4 slightly cook 1 diced onion in reduced liquid
5 Add cilantro, lime juice, and cheese then mix
6 steam tortillas
(6-7 tortillas on a plate with a moist paper towel on top in microwave for 45 seconds)
7 roll taquitos
8bake at 420°F for 20 mins
