Easy bake fennel & wine crackers. Antipasti.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Knead into a smooth dough.
Wrap and rest for about 20 minutes.
Should loosen up and become soft a bit after resting.
Take a portion of the dough and roll out into long thin cylinders.
Repeat till all the dough is used up.
Cut a small piece of the cylinder and join the ends into a loop with the ends crossing each other (see photo for shape)
Poach them in hot water for a couple of minutes - will float when done.
Place them Ona baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake for about 20 minutes or till they turn light golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let them cool down before serving.
Don’t have the baking temperature - ideally should turn out to be crispy on the outside and a bit chewy on the inside.
