Another recipe from Dinah's kitchen
Preheat oven to 300. In medium bowl, beat sugar with eggs; add butter, grated lemon rind, lemon juice and orange juice. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 30 minutes. Cover with powdered sugar. The pie should be eaten slightly warm. This is truly a tart tart. No meringue, or whipped cream or other distractions. The real thing.
