Suggest a better description* You can use finely chopped shallots or white onions in place of the juice. Finely chop the capers, olives, gherkins and parsley before measuring. Fold all of the ingredients into the mayonnaise and serve cold. Serve with fried fish or cold seafood. NOTE: This is a classic recipe created by Oscar of The Waldorf Hotel many years ago.
