Preheat eth oven to 180?C. Combine the lamb, onion, tandoor spice, coriander and cumin in a bowl and mix well. Divide the mixture into 4 large meatballs. Flatten the meatballs and shape into patties. Refrigerate for 10 minutes. Heat the olive oil in a pan over a medium heat and fry the patties for 3 minutes on each side. Toast the buns in the oven.
Serve with chopped mango, mango atchar and sweet chilli sauce in a burger bun, with the asian greens on the side.
