1. Season chicken with salt and pepper
2. Warm oil on Saute
3. Add in chicken and cook 5 minutes until lightly browned
4. In bowl, mix garlic, soy sauce, honey, tomato paste
5. Pour mixture over chicken
6. Stir in 1/2 cup browth
7. Seal lid and cook on High Pressure for 12 minutes
8. Release pressure quickly
9. Set chicken in bowl
10. Mix cornstarch to create a slurry
11. Briskly stir mixture into sauce left in pan for 2 minutes until thickened
12. Serve chicken with sauce
