Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine as above. IN a large baking pan, shape into loaf. Bake 1 hour or until done.
Microwave Directions:
In a large bowl, combine all engredients. In 2 quart microwave-save oblong baking dish, shap into loaf. Microwave uncovered at HIGH, turning dish occasionally, 25 minutes or until done: drain. Let stand covered 5 minutes.
Dutch Oven - Acrorn Squash
Mix ingredients as above in conventional. Take 1 - 3 acorn squash. Cut off bottom and top of squash so that it will fit in the Dutch Oven. Fill squash with meat loaf and place in dutch oven away from the sides. If only one squash is used, put remaining meat loaf into a foil pan. Put 3/4 - 1" water in Dutch Oven and put on coals. Use 8 coals on the bottom and fill the lid around the outer perimeter with briquets. After half an hour, replace all briquets for the last half hour. Takes one hour to cook, or until done
