Suggest a better descriptionIn medium pot cook chicken and garlic in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Add broth, cream, and pasta. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover for 15-20 minutes.
Remove from heat. Stir in 4oz Parmesan.
Add half of mixture to greased casserole dish. Cover with 4 oz mozzarella. Layer rest of mixture. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan. Back 15-20 minutes or until brown.
Might want to try adding tomatoes or mushrooms to the recipe to improve
