Make instant mash potatoes as per the box for 2 servings.
In a bowl add everything together (except bread crumb) and mash, then add potatoe and mix in.
Form lose balls in hands and drop in bread crumbs, place into a cookie sheet
After they are formed place in freezer while you heat up oil in cast iron skillet.
When oil is hot enough (350c) drop the tots in and fry until golden brown on all sides.
Place over a wire rack to drain and sprinkle with salt, and serve with katchup.
