Suggest a better descriptionIn a saucepan, heat the milk and water. Heat until it begins to simmer, but stores regularly and don't let it boil.
Break open the teabag and pour the loose tea into the pan. Whisk the tea and allow it to simmer for 2 minutes over the heat.
Remove from heat and let it sit for 4 - 5 minutes.
Add the sweetener, vanilla and a pinch of cinnamon.
Using a strainer, pour the tea into a cup and strain out the tea leaves.
Yield: Serves 1
