Suggest a better descriptionHeat oil, garlic and onion in large pan. Add zucchini and cook until it's translucent. Add spaghetti sauce and spices, put lid on and cook for a couple of hours. In a baking dish, layer sauce, potatoes (boil until soft after slicing), green pepper, salt, pepper, raw hamburger, raw sausage and provolone. Repeat. Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for one hour or cook in crockpot for 7-8 hours on low.
