1. Cream together sugar and oil
2. Add well beaten egg yolks
3. Add flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon
4. Fold in beaten (stiff) egg whites and carrots
5. Grease pan
6. Bake 350F for one hour (check at 45 mins)
7. After cake cools mix icing ingredients together, ice cake
