Combine first 4 ingred. Whisk together eggs, cream and butter. Gradually add sugar mixture, whisking until smooth, puree 2 c. corn and add all to mixture. Pour into lightly greased 13x9 dish. Bake at 350? for 45 min or until golden brown and set. Let stand 5 min.
*Stir in 1 small can drained chopped green chilies and 1/4 t. ground cumin.
