WHISK together eggs, whipping cream, and butter. Gradually add sugar mixture, whisking until smooth; Thaw corn in bowl in microwave without adding water for 1 to 2 minutes; stir corn into eggs, whipping cream, butter and sugar. Pour mixture into a lightly greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
BAKE at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown and set in the middle. Let stand 5 minutes.
