Suggest a better descriptionMezclar dentro de un bol el azúcar impalpable con los huevos, batir a blanco. Agregar la harina tamizada, incorporar las almendras, el coco, la esencia y la manteca derretida.
Enmantecar las placas o colocar sobre SILPAT.
Colocar montoncitos de la mezcla con la ayuda de una cuchara, del tamaño de una nuez. Deberan estar bien separados.
Cocinar en horno precalentado a 180ºC por 8 a 10 minutos aproximadamente.
Deberá quedar de un color dorado claro y un contorno mas oscuro.
Colocar en un molde acanalado en el momento de salir del horno para darles las formas de tejas.
