9/19/14 Making this up as I go, anticipating a fantastic outcome so I am documenting so that I can repeat later.
Prepare Tempeh and Marinade
Cut the tempeh block into 1/4" slices, along the short side so the strips are manageable. Place in a bowl or bag for marinating.
Whisk together the juices, seasoning and oil to make marinade. Pour marinade over the slice tempeh and marinade for 2 to 24 hours.
Prepare Meal
Cut Onion & peppers and place in bowl. Add Olive Oil & Seasoning , toss/stir to coat vegetables with oil & seasoning.
In a large skillet, over medium high heat, brown both sides of the tempeh strips, set aside but keep warm.
Add a bit more oil, as needed to sauté the vegetables.
Warm tortillas in microwave for 10 seconds or on place on top of sautéing vegetables.
Place tempeh & vegetable on tortilla, roll and enjoy!
