Suggest a better descriptionCombine egg, cornstarch, flour, salt and broth and beat until smooth (you can easily double recipe for more chicken). Dip chicken in and turn to coat. Fry in hot cooking oil for 6-8 min's until golden brown (turn halfway through).
You can serve as is with dipping sauces, or turn into sweet and sour chicken (need to cut into cubes, add onion and peppers and sweet and sour sauce). Can also use with pork
