_ Prepare sauce:
In low heat, melt 4 tablespoons butter, chopped onion, garlic, cook until garlic turns light brown.
Add chicken broth & rosemary, cook for about 8 min or until sauce reduce to 1/8.
Add cooked pasta to sauce & season with salt & pepper.
_ Prepare chicken:
Marinate chicken breasts with 1 teaspoon of salt & pepper or to taste
In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter with olive oil.
Dread chicken breasts in flour then quickly put in medium heat skillet. Cook for 2 minute or until golden on one side, flip, lower the heat & cook covered for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat but keep the cover on for another 10 min.
