My grandson loves to help me in the kitchen, this is one of his favorites.
Heat olive oil and country crock in skillet.
Brown ribs in skillet on all sides.
In a crock pot mix cream of mushroom soup and canned milk, add browned ribs and cook on slow for 4 hours.
When done toss in mushrooms and serve over prepared rice tossed with country crock spread.
