Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Season the wings with Lake Superior Instant Salsa Spice. Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well. Place the chicken wings in a ziplock bag and pour 3/4 of the sauce over the chicken. Place the bag of chicken into the refrigerator to marinate at least 2 hours but overnight is best.
Preheat a grill to 350 degrees F, prepared for indirect heat. Add all the wings and cook for 10 to 15 minutes to get some grill marks, turning after 7 minutes. Remove the wings from the grill. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and arrange the chicken wings on a baking sheet in a single layer. Put in the preheated oven and cook for 35 minutes.
Brush the chicken wings with the remaining sauce and place back in the oven for 10 minutes or until chicken is lightly browned.
