Heat oven to 350. In large bowl beat margarine and sugars until creamy. Add eggs, milk, vanilla, beat well. Add flour, baking soda and salt, mix well.
Drop rounded tbsp full onto uncreased cookie sheet. Bake 9-10 minutes for chewy cookies. 12-13 minutes for crisp cookies.
