Cut four large squares of foil, spray with nonstick cooking spray.
In medium bowl, beat egg. Stir in 2 tablespoons of the baste and glaze, the bread crumbs, pepper and ground beef. Shape mixture into four loaves.
Place 1 loaf on prepared aluminum foil; place some carrots, corn nuggets and peppers. Drizzle with remaining baste and glaze. Wrap each packet securely using double fold seals, allowing room for heat expansion.
Place packets on grill over medium heat. Cover and grill adn 30 minutes or until loaves are thoroughly cooked and vegetables and crisp-tender., turning packets once during cook time.
Open carefully to allow steam to escape.
