Season Salmon with Salt and Pepper.
Slice garlic and ginger then add to marinading pan.
Add Soya sauce, rice wine, Olive Oil and Maple Syrup.
Rub Salmon in marinade (refrigerate over night if possible or 10-15mins ok).
Get veg and starch ready to go.
Pan hot, place skin down, lay away from self.
Cook till bit crispy, add rest of marinade while cooking.
Glaze/baste salmon while cooking.
Serve
