Marinate the steak in 1 cup of the teriyaki marinade in a gallon ziplock bag at room temp for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile over a hot grill, cook the jalapeno(s) and pineapple rings. Remove from grill and let cool enoug to handle. Deseed the jalapeno(s) if desired and mince, finely chop 4 of the grilled pinapple rings. Set aside.
Grill steaks till desired doneness, set aside to rest. Meanwhile add the cornstarch to the remaining one cup marinade and heat on the grill or stove to boiling. Boil for one minute stirring constantaly. When marinade has thinckend add the minced jalapeno(s) and chopped pineapple.
Slice steaks into thin strips. Place over 1/2 c cooked rice. Drizzle some of the prepared Teriyaki Jalapeno Pineapple sauce over the steak. Top with an additional grilled pineapple ring and some chopped cilantro if desired.
