rinse and dice and seed your veggies.
once you are done, put tomatoes in big serving bowl.
throw the onion and bell peppers in a small bowl.
squirt with both citrus juices and mix.
put your hot peppers in a bowl together.
add a few cumin seeds and some chopped cilantro to hot peppers.
squirt some citrus juices in that bowl and mix around.
add a few sprinkles of the kosher salt to the tomatoes, and a few dashes
of the juices and mix hard ( i usually mix with my hands).
add some cilantro to the serving bowl and mix it all around some more.
pour both small bowls into the serving bowl and mix everything together.
taste it, if it needs more cilantro, add it, if it needs more citrus, add it, if it needs more cumin, add it, if it needs more salt, add it. stick covered in the refrigerator for about 20 to 30 minutes then turn on the game, open up a few bags of tortilla chips, put the salsa in the middle, and watch the boys pig out!
