Mix all ingredients well and then add chicken and toss to coat well in an air tight container then refridgerate for 24 hours for best result. Cook chicken over a grill or flat plate BBQ on medium heat until cooked through. serve with your favorite BBQ side dishes
i like to spice things up a bit by adding chilli flakes or hot sauce to marinade.
