Yummy black bean dish, especially delicious with pork carnitas
Heat oil in skillet and add onions and pepper, sauté until soft.
Add black beans, cumin,salt and pepper, sauté until beans are warmed thru.
Add lime juice and sprinkle with cilantro and serve.
Don't over stir your beans, will get mushy.
You can also purée this for a great black bean dip.
