1. whisk the eggs, egg whites, hot sauce, and pepper in a medium bowl until blended
2. spray a large nonstick skillet with nonstick spray abd set over medium heat. add the egg mixture and cook, stirring often until just set, about 3 minutes.
3. spoon one-fourth of the egg mixture onto each tortilla. top each with1/4 cup of the salsa, 1/4 cup of the cheese and 1 tablespoon cilantro, fold the two opposite sides of each tortilla to enclose the filling.
