Quick and easy south of the border inspired pasta favorite
Cook Pasta as directed on package.
In large non-stick skillet, cook chicken until done, then add salsa, corn, cream cheese and cumin. Simmer on medium low heat about 6 minutes, or until corn is heated and cream cheese is melted. Stir frequently.
Drain pasta and add to skillet with 1/2 of the shredded cheese. Simmer 3 minutes or until heated through. Top with remaining shredded cheese and remove from heat. Allow to sit about 5 minutes until cheese melts.
